A BODY BUILT FOR EXPLORING

Tap. Learn. Move.

Tap a key on top, tap a colored muscle on the body, or search from the console. The arrow pad turns the view and its centre button resets it; Info opens the muscle's entry with its movement and form cues.

Select Watch to animate the same model. Use Setup, Move, Hold and Return to study each phase. Pause, scrub, slow it down, switch camera angles, or turn alignment guides on and off. Switch movements with ‹ › on the console.

This prototype represents 16 major muscle groups, not every anatomical muscle. The body uses the Écorché anatomical model, simplified for fast loading and finished with muted red muscle tissue, ivory tendons and subtle directional surface detail, with its muscles grouped into 16 selectable exercise regions. The head has softly sculpted facial contours; hands and feet use smooth shells. Part of the abdominal connective-tissue covering is removed to expose the abs. The added movement rig is illustrative animation, not motion capture or personalized form assessment. Start with a comfortable range and stop if a movement hurts.

Equipment-free pulling offers limited resistance for the back and biceps. The suggested movements are a starting point. General technique reference: ACE Exercise Library.
